What we cover
Every new truck adds inspections, insurance questions, broker checks and driver files. Our Safety team takes the whole workload, so you know where you stand.
We run driver files, CSA scores, insurance, IFTA, ELD and DOT audits from one place with one point of contact. We work to fix small problems before they become fines, rate increases or lost loads.
Safety
Every license, medical certificate, permit and policy date tracked ahead of time.
Files, logs and documents kept current, ready before an audit or an insurance renewal.
MVR, PSP (with driver consent), Clearinghouse and experience checks completed before a driver starts.
Weekly score reviews flag spikes early, so we can find and fix the cause.
What’s included
Every driver file built, audited and kept current, from the first application to each annual review.
Your testing program run on schedule and documented for every driver.
Roadside inspections and scores watched, wrong violations challenged.
When something happens, the paperwork is handled the way FMCSA requires.
New Entrant, Compliance and Focused reviews prepared, and attended with you on request.
Every truck and trailer file current, permits and plates included.
Company filings kept current, and one team that talks to FMCSA for you.
Quarterly returns filed at the company level, with per-truck reports when you need them.
Log and HOS oversight, review of edits, unassigned driving and malfunctions, guidance on FMCSA-registered ELD providers.
Quote preparation, negotiation and renewal packets. Accident and claims communication with your insurer. Coverage for drivers and fleets.
Safety, handled
Scores, audits, insurance, drivers and every expiration date — tracked by one team, with problems worked on before they cost you.
We review CSA / BASIC scores weekly. When a score climbs, we find the cause, challenge incorrect violations through DataQs, coach the driver and close the gap.
We talk to your insurers, prepare renewals and use a clean safety file to negotiate the coverage and rates your operation qualifies for.
Driver files, logs, maintenance records and policies ready before a DOT or insurance audit, not after.
MVR, PSP (with driver consent), Clearinghouse, background and experience checked before a driver ever sits in your truck.
CDLs, medical certificates, annual inspections, registrations, IRP, IFTA, permits and insurance tracked for every driver, truck and trailer, with alerts well before they lapse.
Registration, insurance, permits and inspection reports current in each truck and trailer, ready for a roadside check.
Expiration tracker
One tracker for every date that can stop a truck, with alerts 60, 30 and 7 days before anything lapses.
| Who / what | Item | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Truck | Annual inspection | Expired |
| Driver | Medical certificate | Due soon |
| Company | IFTA quarterly return | Due soon |
| Trailer | Insurance | Due soon |
| Driver | CDL | Current |
Drivers & equipment
Nobody starts driving before the file is complete and the checks are back.
Inspections, registrations and cab papers tracked, so they are current before the next load.
Alerts go out 60, 30 and 7 days ahead of every date we track.
IFTA, ELD & insurance
They are what carriers ask about first, and the same team handles all three.
IFTA fuel tax reporting is an important part of running your business. We handle it for you:
IFTA returns are due on the last day of the month after each quarter ends: April, July, October and January.
Works with the ELD you already have, or helps you choose one from a trusted network of FMCSA-registered providers.
Your clean safety file is your best negotiating tool.
One team behind all three
IFTA deadlines, ELD checks and insurance renewals on one calendar.
Fuel, mileage, logs and loss history kept together and audit-ready.
Talk to one safety manager instead of chasing three vendors.
Drivers & citations
Many truckers are underinsured, and many professional drivers are not offered insurance through their workplace. We find solutions that meet each driver’s individual needs:
If a driver receives a citation with a court date, we recommend consulting an attorney. If the citation is dismissed or amended in court, a DataQs request can be filed to update the record. Violations count in FMCSA’s Safety Measurement System for two years. Through our national network of attorneys experienced with commercial drivers, we will introduce you to local counsel who can help.

Safety
The driver qualification file: the set of records a carrier must keep for each driver, such as the application, MVR, road test or CDL, medical certification and more. We keep every file complete and current.
Weekly. CSA is FMCSA’s safety scoring program for carriers, grouped into categories called BASICs. We flag BASIC changes early and challenge incorrect violations through DataQs.
Yes. Our Safety team files your quarterly IFTA returns (Accounting keeps the fuel and mileage records behind them, if you use it) and monitors your ELD logs.
No one can. We prepare your records and processes so you are as ready as possible.
We guide you through documentation, police reports, the accident register and communication with your insurer.
The report fees are paid by the client. We order and review the reports and keep them in each driver file.
Yes, on request. Audit preparation and attendance are an additional cost that depends on the type of audit, and the client covers travel expenses.
IFTA is filed at the company level. If you need a separate IFTA report for each truck, we prepare it for an additional fee.
Tell us about your company. A safety manager will reply within 1 business day and show you how our Safety team can work for you.
